Spencer, MA—With a new year ahead, SpencerBANK and Southbridge Savings Bank proudly reflect on the Banks’ most recent community outreach fundraiser held jointly on December 9, 2016. Employees teamed up for another Denim Day fundraiser to support local families in need.
During the Denim Day fundraiser, employees were encouraged to make a donation of at least $5 and in return, were allowed to wear jeans for the day. Collectively, employees raised $610 to be shared between three area United Way organizations.
“Once again, our employees came together to help others,” said K. Michael Robbins, president and CEO of SpencerBANK. “We are proud to support the United Way for such a great cause.”
