Trails are the heart of our park system and we hope you will make them part of your regular exercise routine. For tips on the health benefits of walking, join the park interpreter on Sundays at 10am and Mondays at 4 pm. Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes; bring water and insect repellant if you choose. Friendly pets welcome on a leash.
Night Woods at Wells 8:00-9:30pm
Meet at the Nature Center around dusk to explore Wells State Park at night. See how much your sight is limited, and how your other senses kick in! Maybe if we’re lucky we will even get to hear some creatures. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes, and remember to bring bug spray, and water! This program is for all ages.
All programs are free for campers and open to the public for a $2 parking fee. Reasonable accommodations available upon request. For more information please call the park. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
