Turducken Class and Dinner at The Duck

Turducken is a dish consisting of a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, which is in turn stuffed into a deboned turkey. Outside of the United States, it is known as a three bird roast. Come on over to The Duck and join Chef Tony Pitts as he demystifies this non-traditional but unbelievably scrumptious holiday favorite. You’ll learn to debone a locally raised turkey, duck, and chicken and combine them with a savory dressing for “One Big Tasty Bird!” After the class instruction you’ll get to enjoy a complete turducken dinner with some of Chef Tony’s favorite sides.
