This production will be held at the Fellowship Hall of Elm Street Congregational Church, 61 Elm Street in Southbridge.
Pat Haddock will be directing, with Kathi Grenier as producer. Presented by permission through special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.
At all of the performances for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever", we will be holding a ticket gift raffle featuring some great items that you can win. In addition, Santa Claus will be coming down from the North Pole and will be available for photos. Doors will open an hour and a half before the performance times so that you have plenty of time to buy raffle tickets and get your photo taken with Santa. All proceeds from both of these will go to the "Gateway to the Future Fund". This production is funded in part by a grant from the Southbridge Cultural Council, a local agency, supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
In this hilarious Christmas classic, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids--probably the most inventively awful kids in history. You won't believe the mayhem - and the fun - when the Herdmans collide with the Christmas story head on!
This delightful comedy is adapted from the best-selling Young Adult book, and has become a holiday staple for groups across the United States! Features plenty of great roles for children and adults, a few favorite Christmas Carols, and a lot of laughs!
