Treat yourself to the biggest feast of your life! Come join us as we prepare a 1700's American trailside feast featuring hundreds of pounds of prime rib hand rubbed with an age old recipe of herbs and spices and slowly roasted to perfection in a fieldstone lined pit. Help make chowder in an antique iron cauldron that will cook over an open fire, snack on barbecued country sausage or fritters fresh from the cauldron. Take a horsedrawn wagon ride through the back fields and watch local craftsmen demonstrate how they make their wares. The militia will even march through playing their fifes and drums.
When the dinner bell rings, move to the tent where there will be musical entertainment and two separate buffet tables overflowing with food. Enjoy an endless feast starting with chowder cooked in the field, prime rib from the fire pit, fish, chicken, farm fresh vegetables, homemade rolls, watermelon, deep dish apple pie topped with fresh whipped cream, and more! It's a feast that you will never forget!
Adults: $57 Children under 12: $25.00
