Event Description
In this fun & relaxed class we will use Hitchcock’s kitchen counters as props to practice some stretching, strengthening, breathing & balancing to enhance that mind-body connection. No experience is necessary; no mat is needed. Wear comfortable clothing/non-slip shoes.
