Uncommon Irish Victuals & Libations
At the starting gate we have our own Irish Nachos – not found anywhere else. We hand slice and deep fry our own potato chips and pile them high on a plate with all the fixings of our Nachos Grande. Fresh tomatoes, onion, olives and jalapeños with crumbled bleu cheese served bubbling hot!
Our Soup-of-the-Moment is a creamy Baked Potato & Leek Soup.
For our dinner specials we have our now famous Beef & Guinness Stew offered in a fresh baked bread bowl. People love this stew so come and get it while we still have it! Made daily now through Sunday.
We also have a hearty Irish Hunters Pie which is sure to be a big hit amongst our “British Cuisine”. We use center cut pork chops, pan seared with carrots, parsnips and onions (the Irish love their onions) and simmered in a red wine gravy. We top this delicious dish with colcannon. Truly Irish.
Sorry, no corned beef and cabbage. We want to prove to the world that there is more to Irish cuisine then corned beef!!
