Sales success possible in any economy, CBA speaker says

STURBRIDGE — John Chapin of Auburn’s Complete Selling Inc. will cover what it takes to be successful in sales and how to stay motivated in “Getting Blood from a Stone,” his topic at the March 25 meeting of Community Business Associates networking/referral group.
The CBA meeting begins at 7:15 a.m. in the Oliver Wight Tavern at Old Sturbridge Village and is open to area business and professional people at no charge.
Chapin is an award-winning speaker, trainer, and coach, with over 21 years of extensive sales, and sales management experience. He has been a number one sales representative in three industries and has sold in some of the toughest markets and economies. His market experience spans both business-to-business and individual consumers. Chapin is also the author of “Sales Encyclopedia.” a comprehensive “how-to” book on sales and selling.
His talk will cover sales ideas, attitudes and keys to motivation no matter what the economy looks like. “The economy and market are different and we need to do business differently,” according to Chapin. “We need a fresh perspective and we need to look for new ideas.”
