Event Description
Be prepared to respond to emergency situations! The Tri-Community YMCA is offering an American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED course. Learn how to provide care for an adult, child or infant who stops breathing, is choking, or whose heart stops beating, and more. This class teaches you to perform lifesaving skills such as rescue breathing, CPR, chest thrusts and automated external defibrillator (AED). Good for childcare providers, babysitters and fitness professionals. Class is taught by a certified Red Cross instructor. The cost is $45 per person. Certification is valid for two years.
