Cooking with Table 3:New England Seafood and Clambake
Outside at The Barn and Café Patio
Thursday, August 17, 2017 • 6:30 pm
The New England clam bake is a traditional method of cooking seafood such as lobster, mussels, crabs, clams, and quahogs—often supplemented with vegetables, such as onions, carrots, and corn on the cob. For this Cooking with Table 3 event, Chef Tony will show us how to get traditional clambake results at home without setting the yard on fire or going through the pains of heating stones and gathering seaweed like the Wampanoag Indians did. This classic delicious menu is perfect for Summer family gatherings and Chef Tony will show you some “tricks of the trade” to make it a great hit. This special event will be hosted on our lovely patio between the Barn and Cedar Street Café at 420 Main Street. This is one that’s not to be missed.
