Thursday, April 20 • 6:30pm • Avellino

Traditional tapas can vary from a dish of local olives to a small gourmet meal in itself. Simply put, the Spanish tapa is a small dish of food served with a drink, where the most important part of enjoying tapas is sharing good food with friends. The last part of this description is the concept that Cedar Street Grille was started with over six years ago. Carrying that tradition forward to today, Chef Nick Faucher has created an extraordinary menu that features an eclectic mix of small plates seved up in a casual, comfortable atmosphere that is perfect for sharing, exploration, and the celebration of food. Chef Nick will be leading this class demonstrating some of the most popular small plates from the Cedar Street menu and showing you the new small plates coming up on the new spring menu.
