Cooking with Rico and Tony: NEW ENGLAND CLAMBAKE

The New England Clambake is an outdoor social gathering and time honored method of cooking where clams & other seafood (often with potatoes & sweet corn) are baked or steamed traditionally in a pit, over heated stones & under a bed of seaweed. For this Cooking with Table 3 event, Chefs Tony and Rico will show us how to get traditional clambake results at home without setting the yard on fire or going through the pains of heating stones and gathering seaweed like the Wampanoag Indians did. This classic menu is perfect for summer family gatherings and you will learn some “tricks of the trade” to make it a great hit.
This special event will be hosted in the tent at The Duck and seating is limited. The price is $55 per person*, will include: clam fritters, clam chowder, steamed clams, 1 ¼ pound lobster, house-made coleslaw, corn on the cob, and Pattycakes strawberry short cake.
