Porchetta is often slow cooked on a spit or in an oven for hours to create a delicious, moist, and flavorful treat available almost everywhere in Italy. Join Chef Rico as he introduces you to his version of this old world delicacy. Rico’s preparation makes a wonderful option for a holiday meal.
