Our next Cooking with Rico will feature Chef Rico discussing and demonstrating the techniques to make fresh pasta. Once you discover how easy it is to combine the simple ingredients for fresh pasta—and taste the difference—you’ll be leaving the boxed pasta on the grocery store shelf. As always, each course is accompanied by a wine pairing, Chef Rico’s house-made pasta sauces, and a few surprises from the Avellino kitchen. Each guest will take home recipe cards so you can recreate what you’ve learned in your home kitchen.
