There have been several changes to Federal and State Labor and Employment laws that will affect every employer. Do you know what they are and are you ready for these changes?
 
Presenter Peter Brunault, Employers Association of the Northeast, Inc. will walk us through:
 

  • The Wage Act Recovery Extension
  • Minimum Wage Increases
  • The Earned Sick Time Act
  • Domestic Violence Leave
  • New Protections for Employees under MA Unemployment & Insurance Law

 
About the Presenter: Peter M. Brunault, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management. A certified trainer with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Peter conducts training on such topics as Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Discrimination, Drug Testing and Awareness, Sexual Harassment, Family and Medical Leave, and many other labor and employment law related topics.  While working in a Human Resources career for over 15 years with several area companies, Peter was involved in Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Safety Management.
