How many business hurdles can CBA clear in 30 minutes?
John Chapin of Auburn’s Complete Selling Inc. will cover what it takes to rapidly build business in today's economic environment in “Seven Success Ideas to Supercharge Your Business,” his topic at the July 27 meeting of Community Business Associates networking/referral group.
Following up on sales and customer service tips so well received in his previous CBA appearances, the award-winning Auburn-based author, sales trainer and coach goes into “speed solutions” mode at this 7:15 a.m. session. He will take on the audience’s challenges and roadblocks during his 30-minute presentation.
The CBA meeting in the Oliver Wight Tavern at Old Sturbridge Village is open to area business and professional people at no charge.
Chapin is an award-winning speaker, trainer, and coach, with 23 years of extensive sales, and sales management experience. He has been a number one sales representative in three industries and has sold in some of the toughest markets and economies. His market experience spans both business-to-business and individual consumers. Chapin is also the author of “Sales Encyclopedia.” a comprehensive how-to book on sales and selling.
His talk will cover fresh ideas, attitudes and keys to motivation in an economy that remains challenging and competitive.
