You’ve heard that social networking can expand your business. Find out how when luncheon presenters from the banking and real estate industries lead a skills-building luncheon sponsored by Community Business Associates on Nov. 22.
Members and guests of the networking and referrals group are welcome from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Admiral T.J. O’Brien’s, 407 Main St., Sturbridge. Paul Raffa and Kathleen Cooper will demystify social networking for business and professional people who want to expand their knowledge of, or tame their inner anxieties about Facebook, Twitter and other social networking platforms. Mr. Raffa is business development manager for Southbridge Credit Union and Ms. Cooper is a Charlton-based RE/MAX Realtor, each having used social networking with great success.
They’ll go over best practices, tools of the trade and success stories that can be adapted to other industries, and take questions from participants.
A buffet luncheon will be served at noon, with guests paying $5 each at the door. FREE for CBA Members.
Reservations are required and should be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on Nov. 21.
