Your instructor Dina LeDuke has been performing, choreographing, and teaching the art of Bellydance for over twenty years, and she will teach you exciting new ways to keep your body moving in your middle years and beyond. Bellydance is good for the female body and soul, guaranteed to help you get in touch with your feminine mystique. Class includes includes a yoga-based warmup, a meditation cool-down, and a good core workout. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable workout clothes, and tie a scarf around your hips to accent their movements.
