A Taste of Rovezzi’s at Hitchcock Free Academy
Chef Christopher Rovezzi, Proprietor of Rovezzi’s in Sturbridge, is offering two cooking demonstrations at HFA this semester: “Seasonings for the Seasons.” Coming up first on Wednesday, January 23, is “Winter Fare” from 6:30 – 8:30pm. See what tasty culinary delights Chef Rovezzi whips up, and learn something new! The second is “Sprigs Italian Spring” on Wednesday, March 20, 6:30 – 8:30pm. For each demonstration the fee is $25 for Brimfield, Holland, Sturbridge, and Wales residents; all others please add $5. Participants ages 10 and up are welcome.
