Ed Londergan, professional writer and editor, is pleased to announce a new Business Communication Skills training workshop. It focuses on improving employee communications skills and abilities through a combination of instruction and exercises. The training gives employees the knowledge and tools to identify the benefits of effective communication, recognize obstacles to successful communication and enhance their skills to communicate better.
