We just finished another conference call with Secretary Bialecki. Given the magnitude of the storm, Massachusetts is pretty lucky to have weathered the storm so well. Logan airport is open and flying planes. All public transportation is operational again. There are less than 300,000 people in MA without power and service is being restored quickly.
