Event Description
The routines in this spicy class with a Latin twist feature interval training sessions in which rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone your body. There are six classes on Wednesdays, 6 – 7pm, January 28 – March 11 (no class on 2/18), and the instructor is Erin Greene Wallace of Greene Room Productions.
