Hatha Yoga might just be what you need for stress reduction and relaxation through the holidays. Our next session will be held on Mondays, November 28 – January 16, 7:15 – 8:45pm. The instructor is Jane Anable, Certified Kripalu Instructor and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and the fee is $60 for 6 classes for Brimfield, Holland, Sturbridge and Wales residents; all others please add $5.
