Go Fish, 10am-12pm
Meet at Walker Pond Beach entrance and we will stroll over to our fishing location. Bring your fishing gear. If needed, loaner poles are available. This program is geared for children, but everyone is welcome. Beginner fishermen are encouraged to participate. It is recommended to bring water and bug spray. Registration recommended! Call the Park Interpreter or stop by the Nature Center to reserve a spot for this program. Program is limited to 10.
Kidleidescope Kids, 2-3pm
Come join the Park Interpreter at the Nature Center for a program geared for children aged 3-6 with parent/guardian. Siblings are encouraged to come. Learn about nature at at Wells State Park by reading a story book and completing a simple arts & crafts session.
All programs are free for campers and open to the public for a $2 parking fee. An adult must accompany children. Call 508-347-9257 for more information.
