Head Chef Rob Fecteau, who is known for his fabulous beer dinners at the Duck, is creating another brilliant food event. This time it starts long before the meal, though, with a little “pig pickin” on the farm. After he makes his selection, Chef Rob will prepare a whole hog, nose to tail, accompanied by locally grown fresh side dishes from Overlook Farm in Rutland, MA. The featured courses will be supplied by Brambly Farms, a specialist in pastured Berkshire Heritage pigs that are fed natural grains and never given hormones or steroids.
The price for this multi-course dinner is a very reasonable $44, not including gratuity, tax or beverage. Wine pairings will be chosen by the chef and served by the glass for an additional charge.
