Free Online Sessions: Managing Your Stress Through Resilience
To help you through this challenging time, I am offering online sessions on managing stress through resilience via the Zoom platform.There is NO CHARGE to participate. I am limiting each session to 25 people so that we can have a dialogue.

Sessions will run between 30-40 minutes.

Sessions pricing is flexible and coaching can be held virtually through FaceTime, Zoom, or the telemed site doxy.me (which requires no app to use).
