Fresh! Yummy! Fun!
THIS DINNER IS INSPIRED BY WHAT WE GROW ON OUR OWN FARM.
Arrive at 6:00 and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cool refreshing drinks in our backyard while enjoying our magnificent New England farm view. Meet JC, our gardener in the vegetable garden and John in the herb garden. Talk with Chef Laurent while he prepares delicious hors d'ouevres for you and passes on some great cooking tips. Relax, and unwind...
At 7:00, we'll move into the barn where one big long table will be set reminiscent of family dinners. Enjoy a delicious meal that has been inspired by our farm and the gardens just steps from our kitchen. You can't get anything more fresh than that!

IN THE BARN:
Vanilla Butternut Soup
Salad - made with whatever is fresh and ripe on that day
Beef Burgundy - Salem Cross Farms Black Angus beef prepared in a traditional french manner with fresh herbs and vegetables from our garden
Dessert will be something delicious that will be determined by the harvest
