Cooking With Rico: Piemonte

The Piemonte region, borders France in northwestern Italy and is Italy’s most progressive culinary region. Piemonte is most known for its wines, white truffles, cheese, eggy pastas and “slow food”. The “slow food” movement originated here as a response to the growth of fast food and other unhealthy changes in the food system. Chef Rico will combine the best ingredients from the Piemonte region and will show you how to create these wonderfully inspired dishes at home.
As always, you’ll get to try them all with wine pairings while enjoying a great night out. As always, each course is accompanied by a specially chosen wine pairing.
