If Campania is the source of many of the dishes we consider to be Italian, pizza for example, Emilia Romagna is the source of many of the ingredients, including Parmigiano, Prosciutto, Bologna, Lambrusco, Aceto Balsamico, and half of all pastas known to man (just for starters). It’s Italy’s unsung region, yet its food has conquered the world—or at least the table.
Our own unsung hero, Chef Rico, will combine the best ingredients from the Emilia-Romagna region and will show you how to create these wonderfully inspired dishes at home. As always, you’ll get to try them all with wine parings and receive recipe cards to take home.
