Generally, most folk say they are fairly stressed much of the time. Add the holiday season into the mix, and stress levels tend to soar. On November 13th, Rita Schiano, founder of Live A Flourishing Life™, will take us through the Top Ten Reasons most people stress out during the holidays. She'll offer tips and techniques to make the season merrier rather than hairier.

™. As a former corporate vice-president and small business owner, Rita's knowledge and insights draw from both sides of the aisle. She is an adjunct professor at Bay Path College, teaching Philosophy, Leadership, and Stress Management courses.
