This month’s Global Tapas Dinner takes us right to our own back yard. As winter fades and spring brings re-birth to our spirit and the earth, Cedar Street Grille’s Head Chef Nick Faucher and his culinary team are excited to create a multi-course farm-to-table dinner, highlighting ingredients with the distinctive flavors that only this special season can bring. Chef Nick will be using local farmers, wherever possible, for a true “farm-to-table” experience. You’ll learn about some of the locally grown or raised treasures right in our own community.
Come along and experience Chef Nick’s local culinary connections through Cedar-style small plates and find out why our global tapas dinners have such rave reviews. Make your reservations early because we expect this dinner to sell out quickly. Pricing for this dinner is $52.00* per person and includes a special regional cocktail, wine, or beer.
