Three-Part Series on
“The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People”
Presented by Rita Schiano
Central Mass South Referral Group (formerly CBA)
September 22, 2017
Rita Schiano will deliver the first of a three-part series on “The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People” at the Central Mass South Referral Group meeting commencing at Friday, August 25, with subsequent presentations scheduled for September 22 and October 27. The meeting begins at 7:15 a.m. and is held at the Chamber of Central Mass South Conference Room at 46 Hall Rd. in Sturbridge, MA.
In this series of presentations, Schiano will explore how negative and persistent thinking patterns can affect our quality of life and limit our ability to achieve our goals and get to that next level in life and in business.
“While Stephen Covey wrote about the habits of highly effective people,” said Schiano, “many people, about 90% studies show, still struggle with getting things done. The reason? Habits and attitudes that don't serve us and keep us from achieving our goals?”
Schiano will dissect habit formation; examine early influences on our internal belief system; explore the cognitive distortions that affect our decisions; and offer tips and techniques to create positive change.
