“Second-to-None Customer Service,” an important aspect for both retention and growth of business, will be speaker John Chapin’s topic when the author and sales motivator returns to the Community Business Associates networking/referral group on February 24.
With his sales tips well received in two previous CBA appearances, the award-winning Auburn-based author, sales trainer and coach follow up on his earlier topic of “getting blood from a stone.”
The CBA meeting begins at 7:15 a.m. in the Oliver Wight Tavern at Old Sturbridge Village and is open to area business and professional people at no charge.
Chapin is an award-winning speaker, trainer, and coach, with 22 years of extensive sales, and sales management experience. He has been a number one sales representative in three industries and has sold in some of the toughest markets and economies. His market experience spans both business-to-business and individual consumers. Chapin is also the author of “Sales Encyclopedia.” a comprehensive “how-to” book on sales and selling.
His talk will cover fresh ideas, attitudes and keys to motivation in an economy that remains challenging and competitive.
