Everyone is invited to the Tri-Community YMCA’s Annual Pre-Feast Workout on Thanksgiving morning.
Come try one of our pool activities – Lap Swim at 6:30 a.m., Water Exercise at 7:00 a.m. and Family Swim at 8:00 a.m. For the cardio enthusiast, choose from three (45-minute) total body workouts using balance, core and body strength – HITT at 7 a.m., HEAT at 8 a.m. and ZUMBA at 9 a.m. Child Watch will be closed that day.
JUST ADDED … CYCLE CLASS at 8 a.m. (bikes will be first-come, first-serve).
Entrance fee for everyone is a bag of non-perishable food items, or a monetary donation of $10.00 per person to benefit the Southbridge Food Share Program.
So bring a friend or family member to join you in a pre-feast workout.
