There are numerous challenges still facing businesses in the “new normal” of COVID-19. Managing these multiple challenges has left many of us feeling stressed, fatigued and wondering how best to survive and thrive during the unprecedented professional and personal challenges of our times. This session, presented by resilience strategist Rita Schiano, will focus on how managing energy and positive framing are vital leadership methodologies. Rita will address these and the skills and attitudes of resilient leadership necessary to get through these challenging times.
